Therapy Services Coming to San Antonio This Fall

This fall, new therapy services are coming to San Antonio, offering a private and supportive space for individuals, couples, children, adolescents, and families navigating life’s challenges.

Therapy services may include support for:

  • Sex and intimacy concerns

  • Divorce and relationship transitions

  • Grief and loss

  • PTSD and trauma-related concerns

  • Bipolar disorder and mood-related concerns

  • Family therapy

  • Child and adolescent therapy

  • Parenting and family challenges

  • Major life transitions and emotional concerns

  • Christian-accommodated therapy

Christian-Accommodated Therapy

For clients who desire it, Christian beliefs, values, prayer, and faith may be thoughtfully incorporated into the therapeutic process in a way that respects the client’s individual preferences and goals. Faith integration is always optional and will never be imposed on a client.

Clients of all backgrounds and beliefs are welcome and will be treated with dignity and respect.

Therapy for Individuals and Families

Every stage of life can bring different challenges. Children and adolescents may need support navigating emotions, relationships, family changes, school-related stress, grief, or difficult life experiences. Families may also benefit from therapy when communication becomes difficult or when navigating divorce, loss, conflict, or major transitions together.

Our goal is to provide a supportive environment where individuals and families can feel heard, understood, and respected.

A Clear Separation Between Therapy and Wellness Services

Clinical therapy services will be separate and distinct from Modality Life Practice’s Pilates, wellness, life coaching, and other non-clinical services.

This separation is intentional and reflects a commitment to ethical practice, professional boundaries, informed consent, confidentiality, and transparency.

Therapy clients will receive clear information about their provider’s credentials, scope of practice, supervision when applicable, confidentiality, documentation, fees, and the nature of the therapeutic relationship before beginning services.

Participation in Pilates, wellness classes, events, coaching, or other Modality Life Practice services will never be required to receive therapy. Likewise, participation in wellness services does not create a therapist-client relationship.

Ethical, Client-Centered Therapy in San Antonio

Whether you are grieving a loss, navigating divorce, experiencing family conflict, seeking support for your child or teenager, working through intimacy concerns, living with PTSD or bipolar disorder, or looking for therapy that can accommodate your Christian faith, our goal is to provide a space where you can feel heard and supported.

Therapy services for adults, children, adolescents, couples, and families are coming to San Antonio this fall.

More information about providers, credentials, supervision, availability, fees, and scheduling will be announced closer to launch.

Therapy services are separate from Modality Life Practice wellness and non-clinical services. Specific populations, treatment areas, and services offered will depend on each provider’s qualifications, competency, scope of practice, supervision, and applicable Texas licensing requirements.
