Modality Life Practice Community Standards Agreement
1. Respect is Required
All individuals are expected to treat Modality’s staff, instructors, members, and guests with courtesy and professionalism at all times.
Dismissive behavior, belittling remarks, or rushing others during sessions will not be tolerated.
2. Body Language and Tone Matter
Non-verbal communication such as negative body language, off-putting tone, and micro-aggressions are unacceptable.
Emotional safety and respect are top priorities at Modality.
3. Positive Intentions Only
Modality is a space for growth, collaboration, and transparency — not guarded suspicion or fault-finding.
Those arriving with judgmental or divisive energy will be asked to leave.
4. No Bullying or Division
We will not be bullied, pressured, or manipulated into compromising the spirit of Modality.
Disrupting the peace, trust, or safety of the studio will result in removal.
5. Commitment to Inclusivity
Modality welcomes individuals of all races, ethnicities, genders, ages, nationalities, religions, and abilities.
Maintaining behavioral and spiritual safety is essential and does not constitute discrimination.
False accusations of discrimination will be taken seriously and addressed.
6. Online, Public, and Social Media Behavior
Our standards extend beyond the studio walls.
Hostile online behavior, slander, or public defamation of Modality Life Practice, its staff, or its community will result in legal action.
We respond honestly and publicly to any reviews or claims made about Modality.
7. Photography, Videography, and Media Rights
By participating in classes or events, you grant Modality Life Practice full rights to use photographs, videos, and recordings taken on our premises for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes.
All media created is property of Modality.
Requests for the removal of any media content will require payment of a $500 administrative fee to cover production and labor costs.
8. Faith-Inspired Values, Gift Policy, and Protection of Our Space
Modality Life Practice is a faith-inspired space grounded in hope, healing, and spiritual integrity.
We proudly offer both faith-based and non-faith-based classes to meet the needs of all who seek growth.
Because of our spiritual foundation, we are aware that we may be targeted by individuals whose intentions or practices do not align with our values.
We have established firm boundaries to protect our space:
We do not tolerate the use of conflicting spiritual practices within Modality, including crystal work, energy rituals, spellwork, or unsanctioned spiritual activities.
Verbal, physical, or energetic actions that violate our faith-inspired environment will result in immediate removal without refund.
We do not accept gifts for the studio or our staff members under any circumstances.
If you wish to show support, we encourage you to donate to a local charity in honor of your healing journey.
We are deeply committed to protecting the purity, trust, and peace of Modality for all who join us in good faith.
Protecting Our Sacred Space
Participation at Modality Life Practice is a privilege based on trust, alignment, and positive energy.
If you come with a spirit of love, openness, collaboration, and support — you will thrive here.
If you come with judgment, suspicion, negativity, or divisiveness — you will be asked to leave.
We protect our space fiercely — because every member deserves to feel safe, respected, and spiritually nourished.
