🌿 Modality Life Practice Disclaimer
Faith-Inspired Wellness | Pilates | Stretch Therapy | Mental Health Support
Modality Life Practice is a faith-inspired studio offering holistic wellness rooted in body, mind, and spirit. We blend therapeutic movement, emotional support, and spiritual grounding through Christian values and practices.
While our foundation is Christian, we welcome all individuals with open arms—regardless of faith, background, or identity. What we do ask is that every visitor enters our sacred space with mutual respect and integrity.
✝️ About Our Offerings:
Some classes and services—like Pray Pilates, Faith-Based Journaling, and Scripture Meditation—may include Bible verses, prayer, or references to Christian faith. These are clearly labeled and always optional.
Other offerings are fully secular and focus on physical and mental well-being through Pilates and stretch therapy.
🤝 Inclusivity & Boundaries:
We are an inclusive space and comply with all federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
Our mission includes setting healthy spiritual and professional boundaries. Clients or visitors who violate these boundaries—through harassment, disruption, covert recording, or bad-faith behavior—will be asked to leave the space.
🎁 Policy on Gifts & Objects
No gifts, donations, or items may be given to Modality staff or left at the studio. Where possible donated items (toy drives etc) will be given to local charities in our honor.
We deeply appreciate your gratitude, but in order to maintain ethical boundaries and fairness to all clients, we do not accept gifts of any kind, including food, items, or money. No foreign objects or distractions are permitted in class.
Please keep all personal belongings inside your bag or designated storage areas. This ensures a safe, focused, and distraction-free environment for everyone.
📜 Legal Protections: Faith & Freedom
We operate under the protections of:
The First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution (freedom of religion and expression),
The Texas Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA), which ensures freedom of faith expression in business without government interference,
And the Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act (RLUIPA), which protects the use of our physical space in alignment with our religious identity.
We also honor and comply with the San Antonio Non-Discrimination Ordinance, which ensures access and respect for all protected classes.
🕊 Final Note:
We are not here to convince, convert, or divide—but to create a space where faith and wellness coexist. You are welcome to explore, observe, or participate at your comfort level.
By entering our space or using our services, you agree to honor our boundaries, policies, and peaceful mission.
With grace,
