Recording & Photography Policy

Modality Life Practice uses video recording only (no audio) in common areas of the studio for safety and liability purposes. Recording does not occur in private spaces, including restrooms or changing areas. Indicator lights may activate periodically to show the camera is operating.

Security camera footage is used strictly for safety and liability and is not used for marketing or promotional purposes.

Modality Life Practice may separately take photos and videos for marketing, educational, or promotional use, as well as client progress photos, with client or guardian awareness and consent.

Minors: Children may appear in security video in common areas for safety purposes only. Minors are not featured, identified, or used in marketing content without explicit written parental or guardian consent.

By entering the studio or participating in services, clients and guardians acknowledge and consent to these practices. Marketing participation is optional and may be declined at any time by notifying staff in writing.
