📌 Membership Auto-Renewal Disclaimer
All Modality Life Practice memberships are set to auto-renew for your convenience. By enrolling in a membership, you agree to the following terms:
Auto-Renewal: Your membership will automatically renew based on your selected billing cycle (monthly, 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month) unless canceled prior to your renewal date.
Card on File Required: A valid credit or debit card must be kept on file at all times for billing purposes. To ensure account security, the name on the card must match your government-issued ID, which must be shown at the time of purchase or card update.
Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time through your Modality online booking account. Cancellations must be submitted before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle. Memberships are not prorated or refunded once the billing cycle begins.
Missed Payments: If payment is declined, your access may be temporarily paused until the outstanding balance is resolved.
Pricing Policy: We reserve the right to adjust membership and service prices at any time. Notice of any changes will be provided in advance by email or studio announcement. Continued membership after such notice constitutes agreement to the updated pricing.
