At Modality Life Practice, every membership step is intentional—designed to guide you from your first visit to becoming a valued member of our exclusive community. Membership is by invitation, based on your alignment with our Community Guidelines and the positive energy you bring to the studio.

Step in, grow, and experience a space where your wellness, authenticity, and connection are always prioritized.

Step One – Seven Pillars Nonmember Experience ($199 flat)

Begin your Modality journey with the Seven Pillars Nonmember Experience. This 30-day program introduces you to our core classes: Chair, Wall, Mat, Power Pilates, Mindful Meditation, Stretch Therapy, and the Prayer Room class. You’ll also enjoy wellness extras, including tea service, pamper packs, Vent Space, life coaching support, and a custom Modality journal. Some wellness extras, such as Vent Space and life coaching, may incur additional charges. Step One is required before moving on to Step Two.

Step Two – 3-Month Trial Membership ($597 total / $199 monthly, Auto-Renews)

After completing Step One, you may continue with the 3-Month Trial Membership, giving you unlimited access to all group classes and wellness amenities. Contract auto-renews unless canceled. Early cancellation requires payment of the remaining balance in full. Completion of Step Two is required before advancing to Step Three or Step Four.

(MUST Complete step one and two before qualifying first step three and four)

Step Three – 6-Month Membership (Auto-Renews – $1,194 total / 6 monthly payments of $199)

Commit to six months of unlimited classes at Modality. To qualify, you must have completed both Step One and Step Two. Contract auto-renews unless canceled. Early cancellation requires payment of the remaining balance in full.

Step Four – 12-Month Membership (Auto-Renews – $2,388 total / 12 monthly payments of $199)

Commit to one year of unlimited classes at Modality.

Exclusive Drop-In Experience – $55

At Modality, we are committed to providing a safe, intentional, and transformative space for all of our members. To maintain the integrity and value of our studio, we typically do not offer drop-in access. However, we understand that some guests may want to experience what makes Modality so special before committing to membership.

Our $55 non member drop in-Experience allows you to explore our space, participate in a session, and get a true feel for the Modality experience—while respecting the safety and comfort of our regular members. This gesture is intentionally limited and curated, reflecting the value of the studio and the care we put into every detail.
