Hi, I’m Charlene, founder of Modality Life Practice and a graduate student in Clinical Psychology. I offer personalized, faith-based life coaching for Christians who want guidance, clarity, and support in their spiritual and personal growth. This session can be booked for in person or virtual.

BIOGRAPHY
Charlene Shanti is a proud Belizean entrepreneur and founder of Modality Life Practice and Shanti Peace Jewelry (est. 2014). With 20+ years in business management and hospitality, she brings warmth and excellence to every client experience.
A lifelong student of movement, Charlene (certified) has over a decade of fitness instruction and training in Pilates, Stretch Therapy, Prenatal, and Mindfulness Meditation. She specializes in working with people of all ages and abilities, including children with ADHD, aging adults, and clients with limited mobility. Her practice integrates soothing stretch therapy, sensory meditation, and life coaching to support both body and mind.
Charlene holds a BA in English Literature & Political Science from St. Xavier University, Chicago, and is currently pursuing her doctorate in Clinical Psychology. She is a member of Psi Chi Honor Society and the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS).
Her therapeutic approach integrates Gestalt therapy with bodywork and breath work, while also with a background in Christian-accommodated therapy, sex therapy, family therapy, and specialized support for individuals with autism and ADHD. Her therapeutic practice emphasizes trauma-informed care, addressing PTSD, anxiety, and depression with a holistic and compassionate perspective that honors the mind–body connection. Charlene is not a licensed therapist and works only under supervision.
Blending her love for hospitality with wellness, Charlene creates spa-like sessions, elegant tea parties, and personalized events that reflect her passion for service, mental health awareness, and community care.
