Upcoming Mental Health Services at Modality Life Practice

Upcoming Mental Health Services at Modality Life Practice

I’m excited to announce that in the coming months, I will be offering licensed mental health services for individuals in Texas and virtually. While therapy will not be my full-time focus, I will begin taking clients under supervision in the spring as part of my journey toward earning a PsyD in Clinical Psychology.

Transparency and Ethics Are Essential

To maintain ethical standards, I want to be fully transparent: if you currently see me for Pilates or life coaching, you cannot also receive therapy from me. This ensures there are no dual relationships, which could interfere with your care.

Treating Mental Illnesses

These mental health services are designed to help individuals manage and treat conditions such as:

  • Anxiety disorders

  • Depression

  • Bipolar disorder

  • Stress-related conditions

  • Trauma and PTSD

  • Life transitions that impact emotional well-being

Building Skills Through Neuropsychology

Alongside offering therapy, I am actively working in neuropsychology locally, gaining experience with patients who have brain injuries, Alzheimer’s, dementia, autism, and other neurological disorders. This work strengthens my skills as a future psychologist and allows me to provide more informed care to therapy clients under supervision.

What Therapy Will Offer

  • Virtual sessions across Texas for accessibility and convenience

  • Licensed mental health services tailored to your specific needs

  • Support for coping, emotional regulation, and personal growth

  • Guidance in navigating mental illnesses while maintaining a safe and ethical space

Who This Is For

These services are ideal for individuals seeking licensed mental health support who are not currently enrolled in other programs with me. Therapy under supervision will help you manage mental illnesses, build coping strategies, and develop tools for lasting growth.
